what services do we offer?

Primary Care, Preventative Medicine, Surgery, Dentistry, and Oral Surgery, Puppies and Kittens, Geriatric and End-of-Life Care, Diagnostics, and many more.

Does MetroVet offer payment plans?

MetroVet is proud to offer CareCredit as a payment option for our clients. Once approved, CareCredit allows pet parents to use this medical credit card to pay for veterinary expenses over a set term at 0% interest. Learn more about CareCredit at www.carecredit.com.

Do you offer same-day appointments?
Yes! We have multiple appointments reserved every day for patients that need to be seen that day. Same-day appointments are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
Do you see urgent care and emergencies?
Yes! We are prepared to see urgent care and emergent cases Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Should your pet need more advanced or ICU care, your pet will be referred to one of the St. Louis-area referral hospitals.
Do you have an on-site pharmacy?
Yes! Most of your pet’s medications are available at MetroVet and can be sent home with you at your appointment.
Does MetroVet offer cat declawing?
No, MetroVet does not offer this surgery. St. Louis County established a ban on this surgery in 2020. We would be happy to discuss alternatives to this procedure and behavior modification techniques to help with inappropriate scratching at home.
Does MetroVet offer ear-cropping?
No, MetroVet does not offer this surgery.
Does MetroVet make house-calls?
No, MetroVet does not make house calls. In-home euthanasia may be offered to established clients based on schedule availability.
