Dr. Seth Williams
When not practicing, Dr. Williams is an avid ice hockey player and golfer (though he won’t be seen on the PGA tour quite yet) and is a die-hard Miami Hurricanes fan. His family is his most prized possession – he and his wife, Becca, have two young boys. His family is completed with two four-legged children Cane, the Golden Retriever, and Chase, the Cockapoo.
Dr. Emily Goyda
Dr. Emily Goyda is a St. Louis native who attended the University of Missouri, where she received both her undergraduate degree in animal science and her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree. She’s thrilled to be a part of the MetroVet team and to help further MetroVet’s mission of providing high-quality, compassionate, and collaborative care to her patients and their owners. Her main interests include preventative medicine and nutrition, dentistry and surgery, internal medicine, and behavior. Above all else, Dr. Goyda is thankful to have the opportunity to help owners and their pets have long, happy, healthy lives together and strives to create a trusting, empathetic relationship with all her clients and patients.
Dr. Goyda grew up in Kirkwood and currently lives in Dogtown with her four dogs (she acknowledges that she’s completely crazy) named Izzy, Chewy, Olivia, and Hank, and her cats, Tory and Biscuit, who are all spoiled rescues (and also her husband, Ryan). Her favorite things outside of veterinary medicine are traveling, hosting friends and family, eating good food (please send her all of your restaurant suggestions, and she’ll gladly share hers), and Trader Joe’s.
Dr. Kelly Kries
Dr. Kelly Kries is from the village of Marine, Illinois and fell in love with St. Louis during her time at Washington University as an undergraduate. After working for several years in biomedical research, she pursued her veterinary degree at the University of Illinois in Urbana-Champaign. A passion for puzzles, pets, and people led her to MetroVet where her sense of curiosity and passion for innovation have found a welcome home. She is looking forward to serving the community and their animals alongside such a wonderful team! Her special interests include internal medicine, pathology, surgery, and animal welfare. In her off time, Dr. Kelly can often be found tinkering with new recipes, curled up reading with her pets, playing roller derby, building miniatures, or exploring the local art and music of St. Louis. She and her husband, Antonio, share a home and couch with their two cats, Orso and Siskin, and Great Dane, Tilda.
